Will Rogers Memorial Museum Theater

Writer John Wooley, who has three new books on the shelves now, will share the stage with a co-writer and one of the key subjects, for a presentation 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21, in the Will Rogers Memorial Museum Theatre.*

“Twentieth-Century Honky-Tonk”, the history of Cain’s Ballroom; “Thanks - Thanks A Lot”, the Billy Parker as told-to-biography; and the 40th anniversary edition of Wooley’s horror novel “Old Fears” which has been in development by Sony Pictures for four years exhibits the array of his literary offerings.

Parker, a legend in the country music world, and Brett Bingham, co-writer of the two country music works, plan to accompany Wooley and share in the discussion.

The program will be hosted by Claremore Will Rogers Library Friends of the Library, Claremore Museum of History, Rogers County Historical Society and Will Rogers Memorial.

Admission is free.
